Exchange

Any purchase made from www.underarmour.in can be exchanged free of charge within 30 (thirty) days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all product tags & packaging intact (with the shoe box in case of footwear) and not broken or tampered with. The product(s) must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. We offer exchange only within the same model purchased, i.e. exchange can only be done for a different colour or size variant of the product purchased. For hygiene & safety reasons we do not accept exchanges of innerwear, masks, socks & packs. If there appears to be fraud or abuse of policy, we may choose to decline your exchange request.

While all Under Armour products go through a thorough quality check, there may be an odd chance of a manufacturing defect in a product. In case of a manufacturing defect in a product purchased from www.underarmour.in, please report it to us on care@underdogathletics.in. Our customer care team will assist you to get you an exchange as soon as possible. Please note, we shall physically evaluate each reported product and approve an exchange wherever applicable. We reserve the right to approve / reject the defects reported to us. Your purchase is warranted against manufacturing defects for up to 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase.

Exchange Request Process:

• To initiate an exchange for your online order, please use the exchange request feature on our website available in Order History under My Account section.
• Provide accurate information regarding the product you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange.
• Select the Colour / Size variant you wish to receive in exchange and submit your exchange request.
• Once an exchange request is submitted, the product to be exchanged will be first picked up from your location and the items in exchange will be shipped to you once the exchanged product(s) get received at our warehouse.

Processing Time:

• The entire exchange process may take up to 15 Days to complete depending on your location.
• We appreciate your patience as we ensure the smooth processing of your exchange request.

Cancellation and Refund:

• Once an exchange request has been created, it cannot be cancelled or changed to return and refund.
• Please carefully review your order and ensure the correct items are selected before confirming your exchange request.

Conditions for Exchange:

• The item for exchange must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
• We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the above conditions or if the exchange request is found to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
• By initiating an exchange request, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Exchange Policy.

Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately.
• We will arrange for a return pickup and replacement delivery without any additional cost to you.
